Manufactured under strict
quality control to conform to DIN 2093 load characteristics, Dics
springs in the SPEC range are for arduous applications which
require high resistance to fatique.
In addition to the standard
sizes held in stock, intermidate sizes and larger sizes are
available on request.
Group I springs are
manufactured from high carbon steel strip to German specification
CK67 to BS1449 part 1 CS70 (1972) and American specification A1S1
1070 with material thickness less than 1 mm.
Group II springs are
manufactured from ally steel conforming to euronorm and German
specification 50CrV4 and American specification A1S1 6150, having a
material thickness from 1 mm up to and including 6 mm.
Group I springs are not
machined but have edged rounded. Group II springs are machined
on the inside and outside diameters with all edges rounded.
All disc springs are
austempered to provide an optimum blend of mechanical properties
Phosfated and oiled.
Belleville spring washers are
especially suited for applications requiring high loads in small
spaces. By combining them in varying sequences, each size gives
numerous load-carrying possibilities. These washers have all set
removed during the manufacturing process.
